Steve Wynn
Steve Wynn is a name I never knew before I moved to Las Vegas . Since I moved to Las Vegas I have learned of the name intimitly and it has been a great lesson in life. I worked at Bellagio under Steve Wynn and then also MGMMirage. When I worked for Steve I did not realize what a visionary he was and some great life lessons. What I realized after Steve Wynn left Bellagio and Mgmmirage and kirk Kirkorian came in the company was about bottom line dollar. I realize the importance of profit and money as a tool to operate a business, but it is the people that represent the company. What i learned from Steve Wynn is it is all about people! What a simple lesson, but so often over looked. I worked at one of the gourmet dining rooms. Under Steve Wynn I had a sense of pride and recommended the restaurant that I worked at after Steve Wynn left I NEVER could recommend the restaurant that I worked because it was ripping people off and they did not care about the employees.
As I have become a business owner I have realized that it is important to be true to your vision and be the best at it and that people are evrything!
Now his vision for Design is touching my life in a new way. Thank You Steve Wynn for your vision
